2、allypainfulconditions.Overthepasttwodecades,anewbiopsychosocialperspectiveonpainhasemerged.Thisperspectiveemphasizesthatpainisadynamicprocessthatnotonlyisinfluencedbybiological,psychological,andsocialmechanismsofpain,butalsoproducesbiological,psychologic
3、al,andsocialchangesthatcanaffectfutureresponsestopain.Thisreviewpresentsfindingsfromrecentstudiesofthebiological,psychological,andsocialmechanismsofpainanddiscussestheimplicationsofthesefindingsforpainresearch,assessment,prevention,andtreatment,aswellasf
