1、主全匿堂生!旦箜!鲞篁塑!塑!坐!!翌!!:旦!!!竺Q:!::!:!·1833··全科基础论著·刺五加皂甙对慢性脑缺血大鼠认知功能的影响徐耀,肖璐,沈雪,易琼,陈应柱,顾永健,包仕尧.【摘要】目的观察刺五加皂甙对慢性脑缺血大鼠认知功能的干预效应及其可能机制。方法采用四血管结扎的全脑缺血模型,制模成功后大鼠随机分为脑缺血组、刺五加皂甙组,同时设立假手术组,刺五加皂甙组大鼠分别按剂量25ms/kg、50mS/kg、100ms/kg刺五加皂甙腹腔注射,观察大鼠认知功能变化、免疫组化法分析海马血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达、透射电镜下海马超微结构的变
2、化。结果与假手术组比较,脑缺血组大鼠的学习记忆能力明显受损、海马VEGF蛋白表达明显增高(P<0.01);与脑缺血组比较,刺五加皂甙组大鼠认知功能明显改善、海马VEGF表达明显降低(P<0.05)。结论刺五加皂甙可通过抑制VEGF表达显著改善缺血性脑损伤模型大鼠认知功能,呈剂量依赖性。【关键词】刺五加皂甙;全脑缺血;学习记忆;血管内皮生长因子(VEGF);海马【中图分类号】R743.33R364.12【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1674-4152(2013)12—1833-03ProtectiveEfectsofAcanthopanaxSenti
