2、6001)【摘要】目的分析超声定量检测对乙肝患者肝纤维化程度的评估价值。方法选取160例慢性乙肝患者作为临床研究对象，所有患者均接受超声定量检测和肝组织活检，对照研究不同病理分期患者的肝包膜厚度，脾脏长径、厚度，脾门静脉内径，门静脉主干内径以及胆囊壁厚度，并评价超声定量检测对患者肝纤维化的诊断准确性。结果～s。期肝纤维化患者各检测指标呈上升趋势，但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；S。、S期患者各检测指标均著高于ss期患者，差异有统计学意义(P
