1、临床护理路径在乳腺肿瘤术后不同阶段上肢功能康复中的应用效果探讨［摘要］目的探讨临床护理路径在乳腺肿瘤术后不同阶段上肢功能康复中的应用效果。方法选取本院2012年1月〜2013年12月间120例乳腺肿瘤手术患者为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为研究组和常规组，各60例。常规组患者在术后上肢功能康复中采取临床常规护理，研究组患者在术后上肢功能康复中采取临床护理路径方法护理，观察两组护理效果。结果研究组患者水平前屈和水平后屈及外展功能与旋转功能均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)o研究组临床护理满意度为93.3%,高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)o研究组生活质量评分(56.1±5.9)分，

2、高于常规组的(43.8±6.3)分，差异有统计学意义(P3.05)。结论临床中对于乳腺肿瘤术后不同阶段上肢功能康复中实施临床护理路径法护理是可行的，可促进上肢功能恢复，且能够提高临床护理满意度和生活质量，值得临床中应用。［关键词］乳腺肿瘤；不同阶段；上肢功能康复；临床护理路径［中图分类号］R473.73［文献标识码］B［文章编号］1673-9701(2015)14-0140-04［Abstract］ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectsofclinicalnursingpathwayonrecoveryofupper-extremityfuncti
