1、·64·JShanxiMedUniv,Jan2014,Vel45No1聚髌器与张力带治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效观察焦军胜,肖晨光,黄继成(中核兰州铀浓缩有限公司504医院骨科,兰州730065;通讯作者,E—mail:568910093@qqcom)摘要:目的对比观察镍钛聚髌器与AO张力带治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析74例髌骨骨折患者临床资料,其中NT—PC组32例采用镍钛聚髌器内固定,AO组42例采用AO张力带内固定,根据患者骨折愈合时间以及膝关节功能评价两种固定方法的临床效果。结果患者均获随访,平均随访时间(22.0±1
2、.8)个月;NT—PC组与AO组患者骨折愈合时间分别为(13.84-1.9)周和(14.54-1.7)周,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);膝关节功能活动度优良率分别为87.5%和80.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),NT—PC组横型(包括斜型)与粉碎性骨折的膝关节功能优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后无一例深部感染、内固定松动及断裂等手术并发症。结论镍钛聚髌器与AO张力带治疗髌骨骨折均获良好效果,镍钛聚髌器兼有创伤小、操作简便、优良生物相容性等优点,对于粉碎性髌骨骨折尤为适用。关键词:髌骨骨折;形状记忆合金
