2、活、碘油沉积、供血动脉栓塞等情况，评估TACE疗效。结果80例患者C臂CT扫描检出病灶139个。TACE治疗后，75例患者的128个病灶(128／139，92．09％)C臂CT扫描即时评价疗效结果满意，其中存活肿瘤较少78个、中等29个、较多21个；碘油沉积致密64个、中等39个、稀疏25个；栓塞治疗后肿瘤血供明显减少101个，无明显减少27个。结论肝细胞癌患者TACE治疗后行C臂CT扫描。可以便捷、准确、全面的观察病灶存活肿瘤、碘油沉积、供血动脉栓塞是否完全等情况，可作为TACE疗效评估的重要手段。【关键词】肝细胞癌
