1、临床研究Linchuangyanjiu《中国医学创新》第11卷第26期(总第308期)2014年9月贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗高血压心力衰竭的疗效观察许家本①苏文源①张宝红①【摘要】目的：评价贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗高血压心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法：选取2011年1月-2012年8月在本院门诊和病房治疗的68例高血压心力衰竭患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各34例。观察组给予贝那普利(10mg／d)联合氨氯地平(5mg／d)治疗。对照组仅给予贝那普利治疗(10mg／d)，12周为一疗程。观察比较两组患者的降压效果及治疗前后左

2、室舒张功能的变化。结果：两组治疗后的HR、SBP和DBP均明显低于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)，但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05o观察组治疗后的LVEDD缩小率、LVESD缩小率和LVEF改善率均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05o结论：贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗能明显改善高血压心力衰竭患者左室功能，能够达到减少高血压患者心、脑、肾、血管并发症的发生，提高患者生活质量，疗效确切，效价比高，是较理想的降压药物。【关键词】心力衰竭；高血压；贝那普利；氨氯地平ClinicalObservationofB
