1、鱼鲎生旦箜鱼鲞筮塑l253血管内皮生长因子A在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义马俊缪蓉鲁建军张希巫国勇(中山大学附属第一医院1胸外科，2手术室，广州市510080，E-mail：majun一1114@126．com)【摘要】目的探讨食管鳞状细胞癌中血管内皮生长因子A(VEGF．A)的表达及临床意义。方法6o例食管鳞状细胞癌患者，应用免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织及其癌旁组织VEGF-A表达、微血管密度(MVD)及微淋巴管密度(MLVD)，分析VEGF—A表达与食管鳞癌患者临床病理资料、MVD及MLVD的关

2、系。结果食管鳞状细胞癌组织VEGF—A表达阳性率、光密度值均明显高于正常食管组织(P均<0．05)；VEGF．A光密度值在食管癌患者不同临床分期、浸润深度比较，差异有统计学意义(P均<0．05)，临床Ⅲ期、浸润深度期食管癌患者VEGF—A光密度值较高；VEGF—A表达阳性组患者MVD密度高于阴性组患者(P<0．05)。结论VEGF．A在食管鳞状细胞癌组织呈高表达，可以指导判断临床分期与浸润深度。【关键词】食管鳞状细胞癌；血管内皮生长因子A；微血管密度；微淋巴管密度【中图分类号】R735．1【文献标识码
