2、的影响。方法在相同实验条件下,随机将30只新西兰雄兔分为5组,各组均静脉注射LPS(Lipopo1ysaccharides,LPS)联合高脂饲料喂养建立动脉粥样硬化模型,药物干预治疗前后,分别测定兔血脂的变化情况;抽取兔骨髓进行单个核细胞诱导培养、鉴定,加入含药血清后进行内皮祖细胞功能测定;观察腹主动脉及心脏组织病理形态学改变,了解AS形成情况及药物干预效果。结果建模4周末兔血脂水平达到高脂状态,中、高剂量黄连解毒汤及通心络干预组8周末血脂水平较4周末明显下降;黄连解毒汤中、高剂量组、通心络组含药血清对内皮祖细胞功能有明显促进作用;病理形态学观察,黄连解毒汤中、高剂量组、通心络组
