1、堕担堂查年3月第17卷第3期JClinUltrasoundinMed,March2015,V01.17,N0.3·169··ll缶床研究·胎儿外耳畸形筛查最佳超声切面探讨罗欢蒋敏张惠芳霍咪黄蓉摘要目的探讨联合应用二维和三维超声进行胎儿外耳结构筛查的最佳切面和观察时机,为产前筛查胎儿外耳畸形提供证据。方法选取我院行超声筛查的健康单胎孕妇病例中根据孕周随机选取180例作为研究对象,包括孕12~14周组、孕15~19周组和孕20~24周组,每组各60例。均行二维和三维超声扫描,扫描切面包括颈后横斜切面(A切面)、外耳旁矢状切面(B切面)、外耳冠状切面(C切面)和D切面4个切面,测量不同孕周胎儿双
