2、常规超声图像特征、大小、深度及剪切波速度(ShearWaveVelocity,山东青岛266000swv)。采用受试者工作特征曲线分析VTQ技术对良恶性乳腺结节的鉴别诊断价值。采用多元逐步回归方法评估SWV值的可能影响因素,并以最大径2.0cm为界,评估不同亚组结节swV值的影响因素。结果VTQ技术鉴别良恶性乳腺结节的灵敏性为90.0%,特异性为92.O%,准确性为80.2%,曲线下面积为0.917。病理性质及内部血流分级对全部结节及最大径<2.0am结节亚组的SWV值有影响,结节最大径线对最大径≥2.0era亚组结节的swV值有影响。结论VT
