1、医技杂志2015年3月第2鲞筮塑』塑￡塑cli丛di!q塑!丛rch2Q1!．221Q．·237·肾移植术后急慢性排斥反应不同实质区超声造影特征研究广州医科大学附属第三医院(510150)张华梁伟翔余江秀江岚【摘要】目的探讨肾移植术后急性和慢性排斥反应在不同实质区的超声造影血流灌注参数特点，为早期诊断提供可靠依据。方法收集2010年1月至2013年12月我院器官移植科行同种异体。肾移植术患者30例，据临床症状和移植肾穿刺活检结果，分为移植肾正常组、急性排斥组和慢性排斥组，均行超声造影检查并分析皮质及髓质层2个不同实质区处的峰值声学强度、造影剂灌注速率和肾皮质血流量等指标。结果急性排斥组患者

2、肾脏长径、宽径、前后径及肾皮质厚度均明显高于移植肾正常组，且差异有统计学意义(P0．05)。结论不同实质区超声造影血流灌注参数对于早期诊断肾移植术后急性和慢性排斥反应具有一定的参考价值。【关键词】肾移植；移植物排斥；超声检查，介入性Contrast-enhancedultrason
