2、组织Fas凋亡途径的影响,探讨脑健胶囊抗脑缺血后神经保护的作用机制。方法将SD大鼠随机分为补阳还五汤组、脑健胶囊组、模型组和假手术组共4组,每组25只。除假手术组和模型组给予等体积无菌蒸馏水以外.其余两组在大脑中动脉线检法复制局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型(MCAO)造模后给药,将各组大鼠分别存活1、3、7、14、28d时取脑组织及腹主动脉采血。运用免疫组化法和Elisa法检测脑组织及血清中Fas相关死亡域蛋白(FADD)、Caspase-8、Cas—Dase~3因子表达。结果脑缺血后大鼠均有神经功能障碍,经过治疗后,
