1、论著Lunzhu《中外医学研究》第13卷第14期(总第274)2015年5月沙丁胺醇超声雾化吸入在小儿哮喘急性发作中的疗效唐昌奎①王洪宇①【摘要】目的：研究和探讨临床有效治疗小儿哮喘的可靠方法，从而为JbJL哮喘的l临床研究和相关治疗提供借鉴和参考依据。方法：选取笔者所在医院2010年l2月至今收治的158例小儿哮喘患儿作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，每组79例。研究组给予沙丁胺醇超声雾化吸人治疗，对照组给予常规治疗，观察比较两组患儿实施不同『临床治疗方法后的整体治疗效果和相关l临床症状改善情况。结果：经治疗后，研究组的临床治疗总有效率94．94％(75／79

2、)明显高于对照组的78．48％(62／79)，差异有统计学意义(=9．2812，P=O．0023)。研究组的咳嗽消失时间、憋喘消失时间、气促消失时间、肺部哕音消失时间均明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义
