1、蚌埠医学院学报2015年6月第40卷第6期777[文章编号]1000-2200(2015)06-0777-04·预防医学·老年高血压患者体质量指数及腰围动态变化对血压的影响谭曼红[摘要]目的：探讨老年高血压患者体质量指数(BMI)和腰围(WC)1年随访动态改变对血压的影响。方法：选取220例年龄60-75岁的高血压患者，采用问卷调查和人体测量方法收集数据，1年后再次进行相同数据的收集。比较2次的血压测量结果，按血压升降情况将患者分为血压升高组和血压降低组，比较2组BMI和WC的变化情况。结果：男性血压升

2、高组的吸烟率和饮酒率明显高于血压降低组(P<0．O1)，锻炼情况显著少于血压降低组(P<0．O1)；女性患者中，2组吸烟率和饮酒率差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05)，但血压升高组的锻炼情况明显较血压降低组少(P<0．01)；血压升高组中，男性与女性BMI和WC第2次测量均较第1次测量明显升高(P<0．01)。在血压降低组中，第2次测量男性和女性BMI和WC均较第1次明显降低(P<0．01)。取2次测量的收缩压、舒张压，BMI和WC之间的差值，分别比较收缩压和舒张压与BMI及WC之间的关系，结果均显示正相
