1、38中国美容医学2015年6月第24卷第1l期ChineseJournalofAestheticMedicine.Jun.2015.V01.24.No.11·论著·可吸收珊瑚羟基磷灰石在上颌窦底内提升中的临床应用戴新菊,钟嫣,沈宁(广西壮族自治区人民医院口腔颌面外科广西南宁530021)[摘要]目的:评价使用可吸收珊瑚羟基磷灰石行上颌窦底内提升植骨同期植入种植体的临床效果。方法:12例上颌后牙缺失患者,上颌窦底剩余牙槽骨骨量为4~7mm(平均5.08mm),采用牙槽嵴顸入路上颌窦底内提升,植入可吸收珊瑚羟基磷灰石,同期植入德国Ankylos种植体12枚,术后6个月行上部结构修复,随访12个月。
2、结果:术中无1例上颌窦黏膜破裂,术后局部伤口疼痛和头痛等2例,鼻腔出血1例,有3枚种植体在骨整合期脱落,脱落5个月后均重新种植成功,12颗种植体平均上颌窦底提升高度为7.36mm(5.4~11.2mm),植骨术后6个月上颌窦底形态均会有明显的骨改建,成骨效果良好。结论:与开窗式上颌窦外提升相比,上颌窦底内提升植骨手术创伤小,成骨快,可有效解决上颌后部牙槽骨高度严重不足的牙种植问题。[关键词]上颌窦底内提升;牙种植;可吸收珊瑚羟基磷灰石[中图分类号]R782.12[文献标志码]A[文章编号]1008-6455(2O15)11-0038-04Applicationofcorallinehydrox
