1、《中国医学前沿杂志(电子版)》2014年第6卷第6期·临床研究·145结核性胸膜炎患者中Th17、Treg细胞及其相关因子水平变化及意义探讨陶四玉，王瑜芬，张静(洪湖市人民医院检验科，湖北洪湖433200)【摘要】目的探讨结核性胸膜炎患者中Thl7、Treg细胞及其相关因子水平变化情况，并分析其在该病中的具体作用。方法选取本院2010年1月至2012年12月收治的50例结核性胸膜炎患者为研究组，并选取同期本院体检健康的5O例正常人为对照组，检测两组研究对象Thl7、Treg细胞以及白细胞介素(IL)．17、IL．23、IL．6、转化生长因子．B(TG

2、F．B)的表达情况。结果研究组Th17细胞水平和Th17／Treg值均明显高于对照组，而Treg细胞水平明显低于对照组，差异具有显著性(P<0．05)；研究组中IL．17、IL．23、IL．6的表达水平均明显高于对照组，差异有显著性(尸0．05)；Thl7细胞与IL．17、IL．23、IL．6表达呈正相关(P<0．05)，与TGF．p表达无相关性(P>0．05)；Treg细胞与TGF．p表达呈正相关(P<0．05)，与IL．17、IL一23表达呈负相关性(P
