2、组(一5)：为空白对照组，颊囊涂布生理盐水；B组(一25)两侧颊囊涂布0．5％二甲基苯并蒽(DMBA)丙酮液，每周3次，连续5周，构建白斑动物模型。左侧为超声治疗侧，HIFU剂量参数为功率4周，时间10min，右侧为模型对照侧，不进行超声治疗，均于超声治疗后6周时处死。取颊囊标本进行大体病理观察、光学显微镜下病理切片变化比较。结果25只金地鼠颊囊超声治疗侧(左侧)白斑、上皮异常增生和肿瘤发生率均低于模型对照侧(右侧)，高于空白对照组，差异有统计学意义(P
