1、94·临床研究·《中国医学前沿杂志(电子版)》2014年第6卷第6期高剂量他汀短程冲击对老年高血压患者炎性因子表达的影响及临床意义杨志强(东莞市企石医院心血管内科，广东东莞523500)【摘要】目的观察高剂量阿托伐他汀短程冲击对老年高血压患者炎性因子表达的影响及临床意义。方法将老年高血压患者135例随机分为3组(治疗A组，治疗B组，对照C组)，每组45例，3组患者均予钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、血管紧张素受体拮抗剂(ARB)、p受体阻滞剂等常规治疗，在此基础上，治疗A组、B组患者每晚睡前服用阿托伐他汀20m

2、g，治疗l周，如未发生严重并发症，A组患者治疗不变，B组患者阿托伐他汀加至40mg，治疗4周。检测相关炎性指标及血压达标率。结果老年高血压患者治疗后血压均有明显下降(P<0．01)，血脂、炎性因子(hs-CRP、IL．6、TNF．d)水平及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(1MT)均有不同程度的下降(P<0．01)，而高剂量B组下降程度更为显著(P<0．01)。结论高剂量阿托伐他汀短程冲击可以降低老年高血压患者相关炎性因子水平，对老年高血压患者斑块稳定及预后有重要意义。【关键词】老年高血压；阿托伐他汀；超敏C反应蛋白；白细胞介素．6；肿瘤
