3、跳甲幼虫取食量的变化,比较3龄幼虫体内营养物质含量和消化酶活性等指标的变化。结果表明,高C0浓度处理下,莲草直胸跳甲幼虫取食量显著增加;3龄幼虫体内蛋白含量较对照CO:浓度处理幼虫的蛋白显著增加,总氨基酸含量差异不显著;莲草直胸跳甲3龄幼虫体内消化酶(淀粉酶和胃蛋白酶)的酶活力显著降低。高CO浓度影响莲草直胸跳甲幼虫的取食量、营养物质含量和消化酶活性,对其生长发育有一定的影响。关键词:莲草直胸跳甲;高CO浓度;取食量;营养物质;消化酶中圈分类号iS968文献标识码:AEffectsofElevat
