2、童作为对照组，用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测各组血清IL一9、IL．17水平。结果：l：80倍和1：160倍组患儿血清ILO较正常对照降低(P<0．05)，各滴度阳性实验组IL·l7水平较正常对照组降低(P<0．05)；IL-9随1：80、1：160倍、≥1：320倍滴度阳性逐渐升高[(14．82±5．11)ng／L、(16．374-6．0)ng／L、(18．944-5．86)ng／L、(P<0．05)]，而IL-l7水平变化不大[(4．88±2．90)ng／L、(4．71-4-2．38)ng／L、(5．77±1
