3、手术治疗ⅢAN2期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的临床效果。方法：ⅢA期N2NSCLC患者8O例．40例行胸腔镜手术为研究组。40例行传统开胸手术为对照组。术后均予诺维本联合顺铂化疗4个周期，每3周为1个周期。化疗后7～14d给予6MV—X线适形放疗50Gy／25次／35d。比较2组的1、2年生存率、完成总疗程时间及毒副反应。结果：研究组患者总疗程时间明显缩短(x=9．45，P=0．002)，术后化疗开始时间明显缩短(x=41．32，P=0．00)，治疗后KPS评分明显升高(x=15．12．P=0．002)。2组患者的骨髓抑制、消化道
