1、工业》·2011年簟32鲞第8期摘要:试验旨在研究日粮多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的结构对扬州鹅血清蛋白和免疫抗体的影响。选择160只同批出雏的21日龄的扬州鹅,随机分成4组,分别饲喂(1)一6/(1)一3PUFA比例为12:19:1、6:1、3:1的日粮,饲养至42日龄、56日龄、70日龄时分别进行采血并送苏北医院进行血清蛋白等指标测定。结果表明:血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白随着日龄的增加而呈上升趋势。42日龄总蛋白以6:l组最高(P<0.05),56日龄白蛋白以12:1组最高(PO
2、.05),但70日龄总蛋白和白蛋白都以3:1组为高。各检测日龄血清球蛋白组间的差异也基本不显著(P>0.05)。研究还发现,42日龄时,血清IgA、IgG、IgM分别以6:1(3:1)、9:1和6:1等组为高(P<0.O1);56日龄、70日龄时,IgA以3:1组为高,IgG以6:1组为高,IgM以9:1(3:1)、3:1组为高(P<0.01)。因此,生长期扬州鹅血清蛋白有随日龄增加而上升的趋势,较低(
