1、2246临床肺科杂志2014年12月第19卷第12期大株红景天注射液联合化疗在非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用并疗效研究奚小祥吕必宏陈瑞何静徐翔【摘要】目的观察大株红景天注射液联合化疗治疗进展期非小细胞肺癌(non—small—celllungcancer，NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法人选95例进展期NSCLC患者并随机分为观察组(51例)与对照组(44例)，两组均采用奥沙利铂(L-OHP)+培美曲塞(PEM)4周期化疗方案，观察组在此基础上加用14d大株红景天注射液，化疗1周期后对比两组T细胞亚群变化，化疗结束后2个月对比两组临床疗效并药物毒性反应。结果化疗1周期

2、后，对照组CD；、CD；／cD下降明显，观察组CDg+(40．4±6．1)％vs(37．2±6．5)％、CD4+／cD(1．21±0．41)vs(1．05±0．35)水平高于对照组(P<0．05)，化疗结束2个月，观察组总体有效率66．7％47．7％、KPS评分(81．3±6．6)vs(77．6±5．9)高于对照组水平(P<0．05)。观察组主要药物毒性反应发生率均低于对照组(P>0．05)。结论单中心临床研究结果表明大株红景天注射液联合L—OHP+PEM方案治疗进展期NSCLC能改善患者细胞免疫水平，提高化疗药物抗肿瘤功效，降低化疗药物毒性。【关键词】红景
