1、翼状胬肉切除联合自体带蒂结膜瓣转移术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效观察。观察组患者术后角膜创面上皮愈合时间为d，与对照组的d比较差异无统计学意义。经过3个月随访，两组均无感染、眼球活动受限、睑球粘连等并发症，观察组未出现结膜瓣移植排斥或溶解现象，对照组出现1例结膜肉芽肿形成，自觉异物感明显，再次手术切除后异物感消失。观察组复发率为2.5%，明显低于对照组的25.7%，差异具有统计学意义。结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体带蒂结膜瓣转移术治疗翼状胬肉，操作简便，术后恢复快，无并发症发生，复发率低，适合在基层医院推广。　　【关键词】翼
