1、江门地区老年性白内障患者结膜囊带菌状况的调查　　【摘要】目的：了解江门地区50岁以上老年性白内障患者结膜囊带菌状况，分析细菌构成和对药物的敏感性。方法：选择2016年6-10月在本院住院的50�q以上的老年性白内障患者707例1414眼，在结膜囊无菌化准备前，采集结膜囊标本做细菌培养及药敏试验。结果：送检1414份标本中，有菌生长106眼，其中91眼有细菌生长，15眼有真菌生长。不同性别、眼别、年龄，结膜囊细菌检出率比较，差异均无统计学意义。不同月份、不同居住地的结膜囊细菌检出率比较，差异均有统计学意义。阳性标本中各菌种的构

2、成比为，G+球菌75.5%，G+杆菌7.5%，G-杆菌1.9%，G-球菌0.9%，真菌14.2%。药物敏感试验结果显示，大多数G+球菌对克林霉素、妥布霉素、万古霉素敏感，对林可霉素和诺氟沙星耐药。整体而言，万古霉素、左氧氟沙星的耐药率较低。结论：江门地区50岁以上老年性白内障患者结膜囊可能带有病原菌，并以G+球菌为主。大多数细菌对万古霉素和耐药的左氧氟沙星敏感。　　【关键词】结膜囊；细菌培养；药物敏感试验　　InvestigationBacterialSpeciesofConjunctivaSacsofPatientswit
