2、示26~[J患者肠道恶性肿瘤的增强模式均为不均匀性增强，7例病灶局部可见造影剂无充填区。以高增强为主，23例(88．5％)病灶表现为高增强，17f~J(65．4％)由病灶周围开始向心性增强；以快速消退为主，22例(84．6％)显示造影强度持续时间较短，较早消退。肿瘤组织与瘤旁肠壁的起始一达峰时间(ATP)和绝对增强强度差异有统计学意义<0．05)。结论：肠道恶性肿瘤具有特征性的CEUS表现，通过时间一强度曲线可动态观察肠道恶性肿瘤的血流灌注情况，CEUS对肠道恶性肿瘤的诊治具有一定的临床应用价值。【关键词】肠
