2、感株各10株,采用P0013B放射免疫沉淀分析裂解液提取白念珠菌总蛋白,应用ELISA法与LDH抗体反应,检测并比较三组菌株与LDH抗体结合的水平。结果:ELISA检测耐药株与LDH抗体相对结合量为348.71±34.36,中介株与LDH抗体相对结合量为327.00±85.60,敏感株与LDH抗体相对结合量为443.43±35.64,三组差异有统计学意义(F=8.52,P=0.003)。结论:白念珠菌耐药株与LDH抗体相对结合量较敏感菌株低,提示白念珠菌与LDH抗体相对结合量下降可能与菌株耐药的发生有关。[关键词]白念珠菌;乳酸脱氢酶;苹果酸脱氢酶;耐药[中图分
