1、10北方药学2015年第12卷第7期巴曲酶联合甲强龙和长春西汀治疗全频型突发性聋的临床疗邵美君焦粤龙(广州市第十二人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科广州510620)摘要：目的：观察用巴曲酶联合甲强龙和长春西汀治疗全频型突发性聋的临床效果。方法：将2013年3月一2014年10月我院收治的全频型突发性聋患者78例。随机分为对照组和治疗组患者各39例。对照组患者给予甲强龙、长春西汀注射液改善内耳微循环及糖皮质激素治疗；治疗组患者则在此基础上加用巴曲酶注射液。两组治疗前后均进行血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)测定及纯音听阈检查，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：患者经治疗后

2、听力水平有所提高，对照组的有效率71．8％，明显低于治疗组92．3％，差异有统计学意义(尸<0．05)；治疗后患者FIB水平均有所降低，治疗组降低较对照组幅度更明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论：巴曲酶联合甲强龙和长春西汀能显著提高全频型突发性聋患者的听力水平，改善耳内血液循环，疗效满意，值得临床深入研究运用。关键词：全频型突发性聋巴曲酶甲强龙长春西汀疗效中图分类号：R764．43文献标识码：B文章编号：1672—8351(2015)07—0010—02Theclinicalcurativeefiectofbatroxobincomb
