1、山东医药2014年第54卷第5期CyclinB1基因在大鼠肝癌组织中的表达及意义秦虹。欧超，曹骥，苏建家。李媛。杨春(1广西壮族自治区肿瘤防治研究所实验研究部，南宁530021；2广西医科大学研究生学院)摘要：目的探讨CyclinB1基因在大鼠肝癌组织中的表达及意义。方法实验组为15只腹腔注射黄曲霉毒素B1诱发形成肝癌的大鼠，在诱癌第13、33、53周行肝活检取肝组织，第73周处死全部大鼠取肝组织。采用Q—PCR、Westernblot和免疫组化方法检测其肝组织中CyclinB1mRNA和蛋白的表达。对照组为l0只腹腔注射等量溶媒DMSO大鼠，研究方法同上。结果实验组第73周的肝组织C
