2、WHO细菌耐药性监测网提供的WHONET5软件进行数据统计分析。结果全年检出大肠埃希菌852株,产ESBLs大肠埃希菌469株占55.o,各季度产ESBLs大肠埃希菌检出率有升高趋势,其中第四季度检出率最高,占3O.7;产ESBLs大肠埃希菌分布主要集中在ICU、神经外科、血液科及呼吸内科,占63.1,其中ICU检出数最多,占23.9;产ESBLs大肠埃希菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药率明显高于非产ESBLs大肠埃希菌,产ESBLs大肠埃希菌对常用的三代头孢菌素、氨曲南、喹诺酮类抗菌药物耐药率较高,仅对亚胺培南、头孢西丁和哌拉西林/他唑巴坦敏感,耐药率<10.0,各季度耐药率检测结果类似,但第四季度
