1、《中国病案》2013年第14卷第12期·23·医院精细化质量管理平台建设内容及关键实施问题的探讨100045北京市首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院信息中心徐新孙宏国摘要随着医疗改革的不断深入以及医疗市场的逐渐多元化，精细化管理已经成为现代医院管理的必然趋势。医院精细化管理的实现离不开信息化手段的支持，作为一种实现医院精细化管理的信息化解决方案，我院上线实施了医院精细化质量管理平台项目。本文结合我院精细化质量管理平台的实施经验，介绍了精细化质量管理平台的主要建设内容，包括精细化质量管理指标体系、信息化基础支撑体系和精细化质量管理应用等；探讨了精细化质量管理平台实施过程中的若干关键问题，包括
