1、生垦匿堡蓥查生!旦垄旦箜鲞箜塑』里塑!!!!!：!·9··临床论著·多层螺旋CT血管造影在肝癌介入治疗中的应用价值郭乃才邓晓涛【摘要】目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)在肝癌介入治疗中的应用价值。方法选择54例肝癌患者为研究对象，所有患者均行MSCTA检查，并进行图像后处理，观察肝癌的MSCTA特点，并与17例同期行数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查的肝癌患者进行对比，以分析MSCTA在肝癌介入治疗中的应用价值。结果肝癌患者MSCTA动脉期均可见程度不同的肿瘤染色，2例肝动脉门静脉瘘；部分患者

2、在门静脉期及肝静脉期见到静脉癌栓；MSCTA显示肝动脉变异10例，变异率为18．5％(10／54)，与DSA符合率为100．0％。MSCTA显示肝癌寄生动脉11支，1例DSA检查未发现，为右膈动脉供血的肝癌，两种方法显示肝癌寄生动脉比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论MSCTA为一种微创伤的肿瘤血供诊断方法，可清晰显示肝动脉及其分支的起源与走行、肝癌的供血动脉、肝癌寄生动脉，与DSA显示结果高度一致，对肝癌介入治疗具有重要的指导意义。【关键词】体层摄影术，螺旋计算机；血管造影术；肝肿瘤App
