2、水宝胶囊治疗，48周为观察终点。结果两组A复常率及HBV—DNA阴转率在治疗过程中差异均无统计学意义，治疗12周及24周后，两组e抗原转阴率、血清转换率差异亦无统计学意义，但治疗48周后，治疗组e抗原转阴率、血清转换率显著高于对照组(分别为0．470．41，0．250．22，P均<0．05)。结论应用恩替卡韦分散片(ETV)抗病毒治疗联合冬虫夏草制剂金水宝可以提高e抗原转阴率、血清转换率。关键词：慢性乙肝；恩替卡韦分散片；冬虫夏草中图分类号：R512．62文献标识码：A文章编号：1005．376X(2013)11．1337_03Chinese—westerncombinationtre
