2、联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测IL-6、TGF一131、CCL7血清水平。结果相关分析发现CHB患者血清CCL7与IL-6、TGF一131水平呈正相关(，值分别为0．335、0．322、0．288，P<0．05)。慢性乙型肝炎患者血清IL-6、TGF．131、CcL7水平显著高于对照组(P<0．叭)。结论CCL7血清水平随肝脏炎症和纤维化的发生与进展呈进行性增高，可作为评估肝脏炎症及纤维化程度的重要指标之一。【关键词】慢性乙型肝炎；肝纤维化；趋化因子配体7；白细胞介素-6；转化生长因子一B1【中图分类号】R512．62【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1002—7386(2014)13—193
