1、现代药物与临床Drugs&Clinic第29卷第1期2014年1月·55·异甘草酸镁注射液治疗重症肝炎的疗效观察聂燕南京市第二医院肝病科，江苏南京210003摘要：目的观察异甘草酸镁注射液治疗重症肝炎的临床疗效。方法选取南京市第二医院2008年12月一2013年3月149例重症肝炎患者，随机分为治疗组(83例)和对照组(66例)，治疗组给予异甘草酸镁注射液150mg加入5％～10％葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注，1次／d；对照组给予复方甘草酸苷注射液160mg加入5％～10％葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注，1次／d；治疗期间，两组还同时服用了保肝、抗病毒的药物，两组服用剂量和方法均相同，疗程均为4
