1、扳道·临证骀Western如urnalofTraditionalChineseMedicine，2013Vo1．26No．10化纤保肝方治疗笺滞血瘀型肝纤维化韵临床研究于立友，汪龙德，张晶，刘俊宏甘肃中医学院附属医院，甘肃兰州730020[摘要]目的：观察化纤保肝方治疗气滞血瘀型肝纤维化的疗效。方法：将45例肝纤维化患者随机分为治疗组17例，对照组16例，空白组12例。空白组给予基础保肝治疗：口服硫普罗宁片0．1g／次，3次／d；治疗组在基础治疗基础上加用化纤保肝方(胶囊剂)，4粒／次，3次／d；对照组在此基础上加用扶正化瘀胶囊，5粒／次，3次／d，3组均以治疗12周为1个疗程。1

2、个疗程后观察3组患者治疗前后症状评分的变化，肝功能、肝纤4项、血清转化生长因子(TGF-fl)、血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)等基因表达以及瞬时弹性检测仪检测的Fibroscan值的变化。结果：治疗组在改善肝纤维化患者的症状、恢复肝功能、降低肝纤4项指标，抑制TGF-fl、PDGF、TNF-a等基因的表达、降低Fibroscan值方面明显优于空白组<0．05)，与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)，但明显优于空白组。结论：化纤保肝方具有很好的抗肝纤维化作用。[关键词]肝纤维化；化纤保肝方；气滞血瘀；临床研究[中图分类号]R575[文献标识码]B[文
