2、±3．90)分]、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)[(24．39±3．08)分]评分均明显高于对照组[(22．46±6．22)分、(10．36±4．22)分]及非抑郁冠心病组患者[(29．36±5．34)分、(10．30±4．11)分](P<0．05)，而对照组和非抑郁冠心病组间SDS、HAMD量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；抑郁冠心病患者CRP[(24．36±3．25)mg／L]、LDL[(2．85±1．42)mmol／L]水平均明显高于对照组及非抑郁冠心病组患者(P<0．05)，非抑郁冠心病患者的CRP、LDL水平明显高于对照组(P<0．05)；S
