5、遗传、免疫及环境因素等相关。HLA—B、MICA*00801纯合子、CARD15、TNF*一857T、TRAF3IP2及IL一13等基因在关节病性银屑病患者中的频率较高；HLA—Cw*06、MICA*016、LCE等基因在寻常性银屑病患者中的频率较高。CD8q'细胞、TNF—及IL一22在关节病性银屑病的关节损伤中起重要作用；CD4q"细胞、血管生长因子等与皮肤损害相关。感染、损伤、体力劳动等因素与关节病性银屑病患者发病相关性较高；吸烟、饮酒与关节病性银屑病的发病似乎呈负相关。【关键词】银屑病；遗传学；免疫；环境Pathogenicdisti
