2、)外周血，流式细胞术分析Thl7和Treg细胞的频率；酶联免疫吸附测定血清IL17的水平，实时定量PCR法检测HBVDNA载量，速率法检测ALT水平。结果：AHB组、CHB组外周血Thl7细胞频率和IL一17水平高于对照组(P0．05)；与对照组相比，AHB组外周血Thl7／Treg比值显著增高而CHB组明显降低(P
