1、棉花学报Co~onScience2014,26(4):295~300打顶对棉花赘芽生长的影响及其激素调控祁虹,王永强,赵俊丽,郭娴,王树林,张谦,冯国艺,林永增,张寒霜(河北省农林科学院棉花研究所/农业部黄淮海半干旱区棉花生物学与遗传育种重点实验室.河北石家庄050051)摘要:以赘芽生长势强的冀151和269系及赘芽生长势弱的冀棉169和182系作为材料,观察打顶(D)、打顶+顶施IAA(D+T)和打顶+果枝顶芽施用IAA(D+F)处理下赘芽的生长势以及内源Z+ZR与IAA含量的变化结果显示,棉花上部赘芽在打顶20d后显著伸长,内源Z+
2、ZR水平在打顶6h后也明显提高,IAA水平显著下降;而D+T和D+F处理的棉花上部赘芽的伸长及内源Z+ZR水平的提高幅度均明显低于D处理.IAA含量则无显著变化。表明棉花茎节处合成的CTK促进赘芽生长,其水平受茎中由上而下IAA流的控制。棉花赘芽的生长既受主茎中IAA流调控,也受果枝中IAA流的影响关键词:棉花;赘芽;打顶;激素;调控机制中图分类号:A文献标志码:A文章编号:1002—7807f2014)04—0295—06EfectsofDecapitatingonCottonRedundantVegetativeShootsGrowt
