7、和细胞增殖及凋亡相关蛋白的影响。方法：建立人肝癌HEP—G2细胞移植瘤模型的Balb／c雌性裸鼠24只，随机分成4组，每组6只，A组为空白组，给予植入空白粒子并每天灌胃等量生理盐水；B组为黄连素组，给予植入空白粒子并按45mg／kg每天灌胃黄连素溶液；C组为I粒子组，按治疗计划给予植入I粒子(0．8mCi／粒)并每天灌胃等量生理盐水；D组联合治疗组，按治疗计划给予I粒子(0．8mCi／粒)并按45mg／kg每天灌胃黄连素溶液。观察小鼠的存活情况及瘤体的生长情况，计算抑瘤率，到28d处死，制作肿瘤组织标本，进行免疫组
