1、JCAM.Aug.2014,Vo1.30,NO.8电针对APP/PS1转基因AD鼠Morris水迷宫学习记忆及脑皮层Ap水平的影响白杨,薛卫国,高亮,陈默,辛随成△(北京中医药大学,北京100029)摘要:目的:探讨电针对5月龄APP/PS1转基因AD模型鼠学习记忆行为学及脑皮层AB水平的影响。方法:20只APP/PS1转基因阳性雄鼠随机分为模型组、电针组,每组各10只,APP/PS1转基因阴性雄鼠10只为对照组,电针组针刺“百会”、“涌泉”后接电针仪,疏密波,每次针刺持续15min,隔日1次;对照组、模型
2、组以相同方法用鼠袋束缚15min,隔EI1次,3组都持续5周,以Morris水迷宫检测小鼠学习记忆能力,用免疫组化方法检测脑皮层A[31—40、A[31—42的表达。结果:3组间的逃避潜伏期差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),电针组与模型组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。免疫组化电针组AI31—40、AIM一42的表达降低。结论:电针或许通过减少AB的生成来提高APP/PS1双转基因小鼠的学习记忆能力。关键词:电针;APP/PSI;Morris水迷宫;学习记忆;AB水平中图分类号:R245.97文献标
