1、SICENCE新闻发布作者:蒋华军稿号:NRR-205-13根神经节来源许旺细胞及联合聚乳酸及壳聚糖神经导管修复坐骨神经缺损现有研究中分离许旺细胞容易受到成纤维细胞的污染,且成本高、效率低。来自中国大连医科大学第一附属医院蒋华军博士所带领的团队收集新生小鼠的脊髓背根神经节,以无血清的黑素细胞培养基纯化许旺细胞,其获得的许旺细胞纯度可达95%以上,远高于含胎牛血清的DMEM培养基提取的许旺细胞。这些许旺细胞复合聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物/壳聚糖导管修复大鼠10mm坐骨神经缺损,发现大鼠坐骨神经组织轴突直径及轴突面积显著
