2、在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与肝转移的关系。方法：采用免疫组化法分别检测伴肝转移大肠癌的原发灶与肝转移灶、无肝转移大肠癌组织以及正常肠管黏膜组织中CEA的表达，比较CEA在上述4种组织中阳性表达率与表达强度的差异。结果：伴肝转移大肠癌的原发灶、肝转移灶、无肝转移大肠癌组织中CEA的阳性表达率分别为97．22％、100％、91．67％，均高于正常肠管黏膜组织(19．44％)(均P伴肝转移大肠癌原发灶>无肝转移大肠癌组织>正常肠管黏膜(均P
