2、肝癌细胞生长的作用。方法:采用PCR和Westernblotting法检测3O例肝癌组织及癌旁组织、正常肝细胞LO2及肝癌SMMC一7721细胞中ARK5mRNA和蛋白表达水平;合成ARK5的小干扰RNA(siRNA)和阴性对照siRNA,转染至SMMC-7721细胞分别为实验组和阴性对照组,同时设空白对照组,采用MTT法和流式细胞术检测各组肝癌细胞的增殖活性和细胞凋亡率。结果:PCR和Westernblotting法检测,肝癌组织和肝癌SMMC-7721细胞中ARK5mRNA和蛋白表达水平明显高于癌旁组织和L02细胞(P<0.05)。MTT法
