6、]Energyspectrumcurve；Tomography，X—raycomputed；LiverneoplasmsCT能谱曲线对肝脏小肿瘤性病变的鉴别诊断价值初探郭浩，邵伟光，张东雯，刘金刚，周茂义(1．潍坊医学院医学影像系，山东潍坊261053；2．潍坊医学院附属医院影像中心，山东潍坊261031)[摘要]目的观察能谱曲线鉴别诊断肝脏,Me瘤的价值。方法回顾性分析49例肝脏占位患者，其中肝小血管瘤(SHH)18例，小肝癌(SHCC)18例，肝小转移瘤(SLM)13例，均采用宝石CT能谱成像模式(GSI)扫描，获得门静脉期的

7、能谱系列图像；观察SHH、SHCC、SLM的能谱曲线规律，分别选取50keV和100keV两点作为参考点，测量并计算3种病灶的能谱曲线斜率，并进行单因素方差分析。结果SHH、SHCC、SLM的能谱曲线在4O～80keY能量区间内均呈明显下降趋势，8O～140keY能量区间内较平缓下降，且在4O～8OkeV能量区间内3种病灶的能谱曲线差异较大。3种病灶的能谱曲线斜率分别为2．77±1．03、1．99±0．42、0．80_-4-0．34，差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论能谱曲线及其斜率可以反映物质的同源性，对鉴别肝脏小肿瘤病变
