1、l0世界最新医学信息文摘2013年第l3卷第30期·论著·依托咪酯在老年患者麻醉诱导中的应用吕新瑞(山西省阳泉市第四人民医院，山东阳泉045000)摘要：目的观察依托咪酯在老年患者麻醉诱导中的临床应用价值。方法回顾我院从2013年4月至2013年9月间在我院进行腹部手术的老年患者140例，随机分为依托咪酯组(70例)和异丙酚组(70例)。于2组患者术中的不同效果做出对比，并进行生存质量的评定。两组术前分另0使用依托咪酯和异丙酚进行全麻诱导，分析期间BP和HR等变化数值。结果两组患者在麻醉诱导比较中，差异无统计学意义。(尸>0．05)诱导后依托咪酯组和异丙酚组的BP和
