1、《中国医学创新》第lo卷第34期(总第280~J)2013年12Yj护理园地Huliyuandi全麻的俯卧位腰椎手术患者不同术中护理方法效果对比戴小良①【摘要】目的：探讨全麻插管后手术患者术中分别采取头面部普通u形头托摆放法和头面部三点摆放法后患者头面部并发症发生率，比较两种手术室护理方法对全麻俯卧位患者的保护效果。方法：以本院收治的56例全麻下采用俯卧位行腰椎手术患者作为研究对象，依据头面部摆放方法的不同，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组28例。对照组采取头面部普通u形头托摆放法，试验组采用头面部三点摆放法。观察两组患者是否出现皮肤

2、压红或受损、眼部红肿畏光甚至视力减退等俯卧位头面部并发症，比较两组患者头面部并发症发生率。结果：试验组皮肤压红1例，无患者眼部出现不适，头面部并发症发生率为3．6％；对照组皮肤压红或受损8例，其中1例患者眼部出现红肿畏光现象，头面部并发症发生率为28．6％。结论：相较于头面部普通u形头托摆放法，头面部三点摆放法可有效降低全麻俯卧位患者头面部并发症发生率，值得进一步推广。【关键词】头面部u形头托摆放法；头面部三点摆放法；全麻俯卧位；手术室护理方法ComparisonoftheEfectofDiferentNursingMethods
