1、·l568·浙江临床医学2013年lOB第15卷第1O期·临床麻醉·Narcotrend在老年骨科手术麻醉深度监测中的应用评价宋美娟麻醉意识深度监测仪(narcotrend，NT)是麻醉安全，减轻疼痛，创造良好的手术条件，有一新型脑电意识深度监测系统，能将麻醉／镇静重要意义。本文通过观察骨科手术患者应用丙泊下的脑电图自动分析并分级，从而显示麻醉，镇酚、舒芬太尼及七氟醚全麻过程中NT的监测与静深度。NT能很好反映意识状态，麻醉镇静程变化，旨在探讨其临床应用价值。度与麻醉药物的用量，与镇静药的血药浓度有较1临床资料好的相关性，可减少丙泊酚用量⋯1，对围手术期1．1一般资料选择201
